Salon Policies
Cancellations
Cancellations and rescheduling requires a 24 hour notice. If less than 24 hours notice is provided, 50% of the cost of service(s) scheduled will be billed. In the event of a no show with no phone call, 100% of the cost of service(s) is billed. Appointments made within the 24 hour period are subject to the same guidelines as stated above.
Late Arrivals
We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. Calling ahead provides us with the best opportunity to assess the situation. However, calling ahead does not always guarantee that we will be able to provide services, especially if your arrival is later than originally anticipated.
Gift Cards
Gift cards may be purchased via this website or at the salon. We do not accept returns on gift cards. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash or gratuity. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
Product Returns
We offer product exchange or merchandise credit on most retail items within 30 days, when accompanied by proof of purchase. No cash or credit card refunds. We do not accept returns on brushes, blow dryers, or other styling tools.
Color Services
All of our color services do NOT include a blow dry or haircut finish. If you would like to book a finish please book ahead online or let our salon coordinator know. That is considered a separate service and will be an additional charge. We can not guarantee we will have space in the salon available for self-blow dries.
